Teaching Philosophy I have a love for math which I enjoy passing onto my students. My enthusiasm for the subject shows through my energy in my class. I am very excited with the direction that education is heading because I strongly believe that learning math is not a spectator sport. Students have to be in an environment where they are not afraid to make mistakes. I have a sense of pride teaching in Desert Hot Springs because I grew up here. One of the most important aspects of teaching is that teachers need to build positive relationships with their students and provide a structured learning environment.
